How do I order wholesale?

What is your shipping policy?
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies, but we try to ship promptly, within 1-3 business days. Wholesale orders require a lead time of 3-7 business days but can sometimes be prepared faster (just ask!)
All retail pin and card orders are shipped via Canada Post First Class Lettermail, which does NOT include tracking. If you'd prefer to upgrade your shipping, please contact us prior to ordering. Larger parcels are shipped via Canada Post Expedited with tracking.

Canada: 3-7* business days
United States: 5-14* business days
Europe: 10-21* business days
We do our best to ship quickly, but cannot guarantee delivery times once a package leaves our studio.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. carolyndraws is not responsible for delays due to customs and border checks.
Returns: Please contact us if you have any problems with your retail order. We accept returns (within 7 days) as long as items are in new and unused condition. If we've made an error with your order please let us know so we can fix it.
Exchanges and cancellations: Kindly request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, as we do ship quickly. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the item cannot be refunded.
How long does shipping to the US take?
Shipping cards + pins to the US can take 5-14* business days from the date your order is SHIPPED, but usually is much faster. This does NOT include processing time before shipping but we do make every effort to ship promptly. Please make sure to allow plenty of time for delivery, particularly in the lead up to the Holidays!

Why is there no tracking on my order to the US?
Canada Post doesn't offer tracking on their very economical First Class Lettermail service, which we use to ship cards and pins to the US. The cost to add that service is quite high and doesn't necessarily include speedier delivery, but if you'd like it, please contact us PRIOR TO ORDERING so that we can upgrade your shipping fee.
What’s your favourite ice cream flavour?
I’m actually more of a chips girl. (I’ll take fancy cheese in a pinch.) Ms Vickie’s Lime and Black Pepper are the best :)
