How do I order wholesale?

We love our wholesalers! Please message us and tell us a bit about your shop. We will follow up and send you a link to our catalogue and ordering portal.


What is your shipping policy?

Processing time: The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies, but we try to ship promptly (within 3-5 business days). Wholesale orders require a lead time of 7-10 business days but can sometimes be prepared faster (just ask!)

All retail pin and card orders are shipped via Canada Post First Class Lettermail, which does NOT include tracking. If you'd prefer to upgrade your shipping, please contact us prior to ordering. Larger parcels are also shipped via Canada Post with tracking.

Estimated shipping times: Canada: 3-7 business days; United States: 5-14 business days; Europe: 10-21 business days. We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them once a package leaves our studio. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns: Please contact me if you have any problems with your retail order. I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please contact me within: 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 


How long does shipping a card or pin to the US take?

Shipping cards + pins to the US can take 5-14 business days from the date your order is SHIPPED, but usually is much faster. This does NOT include processing time before shipping but I do make every effort to ship promptly. Please make sure to allow plenty of time for delivery, particularly in the lead up to the Holidays!


Why is there no tracking on my order to the US?

Canada Post doesn't offer tracking on their very economical First Class Lettermail service, which we use for the delivery of cards and pins. The cost to add that service is quite high and doesn't necessarily include speedier delivery, but if you'd like it, please contact us PRIOR TO ORDERING so that we can upgrade your shipping fee.
